2023年12月25日，黑龙江省企业联合会、省轴承工业协会联合举行2023黑龙江轴承工业企业10强授牌仪式并召开座谈会，围绕轴承企业数字化转型、进口产品替代、共建共享高质量发展进行充分交流。省企业联合会秘书长助理王强及中国航发哈尔滨轴承有限公司总经理马芳、哈尔滨轴承集团有限公司总经理滕锴、牡丹江轴承制造有限责任公司总经理孙海生等10强企业负责人参加授牌仪式。会议由省轴承工业协会秘书长张江生主持。
在座谈会上，滕锴代表集团致欢迎词，简要回顾了黑龙江省轴承行业在国内外的地位，并用详实的数据介绍了哈轴集团和我国轴承行业的发展情况。

王强介绍了省企业联合会的历史沿革和开展企业排序工作的有关情况。省企业联合会成立与1980年，是省政府批准设立的全省性、综合性、经济类型的社会团体，是全省企业和企业家的联合组织，是省企业代表组织。自2006年起，从黑龙江企业50强起步至今，已连续18年推出黑龙江企业100强，连续7年推出黑龙江制造业企业100强和黑龙江服务业企业100强，连续5年推出黑龙江民营企业100强。2023年，联合有关行业协会开展行业企业排序，与省轴承工业协会联合推出了黑龙江轴承工业企业10强。

开展行业企业排序是建立健全和完善黑龙江省企业排序体系，为社会各界提供黑龙江省行业大企业有关情况的具体举措，依据榜单数据开展的系列研究工作，尤其是针对大企业发展提出的对策和建议，对指导行业企业发展具有重要意义。
轴承工业10强企业是黑龙江省轴承行业的杰出代表，在引领省轴承行业高质量发展中起到了积极的推动作用，作出了重要贡献，希望轴承企业以10强企业为标杆，不断加强技术研发和产品升级，通过争先晋位，进一步推动轴承产业发展。
