卯足干劲开新局，开足马力忙生产。新年伊始，独山各个企业陆续复工复产，以蓬勃的朝气和饱满的热情忙生产、赶订单，全力以赴冲刺一季度“开门红”。
2月21日，记者走进贵州丰达轴承有限公司生产车间看到，现场一派热火朝天的忙碌景象。调试、研磨、加工……车间内，工人们来回奔走，全力赶制新年开工后的生产订单。另一边，新到厂的机器不断运作，高唱着昂扬的生产之歌。
“目前，我们企业共有50多名工人到岗，复工复产率达90％，现在大家正全力赶制来自飞利浦、美的、方太等品牌的订单，订单量已经排到5月份，预计产值将达1000万元。”贵州丰达轴承有限公司总经理岑显礼激动地说。
贵州丰达轴承有限公司成立于2012年，是黔南州第一家返乡创业的轴承企业，生产的轴承产品广泛应用于家用电器、医疗器械、电动工具等领域，与美的、飞利浦、苏泊尔、小米、九阳等国内知名电器制造商有长期稳定的合作关系，产品主要销往广东、浙江等地。
“为适应行业和市场的变化，2023年，我们公司利用各种渠道，持续推进产品提升，通过组建生产高品质的团队，新增10条高端产线、120台设备等方式，实现了产品结构的调整，现在我们新的生产线已经正式投产，生产出来的产品远远超出我们预期目标。”岑显礼告诉记者，接下来，他们将在新产品研发上加大投入，并在今年上半年招聘一批员工进行培训，努力在下半年实现24小时生产，力争2024年产值突破5000万元。
近年来，独山在中央、省、州坚强领导下，深入学习贯彻党的二十大精神和习近平总书记视察贵州重要讲话精神，坚持以高质量发展统揽全局，围绕“四新”主攻“四化”，积极构建开放型现代产业体系，形成“1+2+N”产业发展格局。2023年，全县实现规上工业产值31.53亿元，外贸进出口总额实现6.19亿元，工业经济聚势而强。
