3月11日，在无锡机床股份有限公司滨湖工业园区，力星集团与无锡机床董事长储文光先生签署战略合作协议。此次战略合作，是国产高端机床设备厂家锡机专为JGBR墨西哥新工厂精密圆锥滚子生产线定制配套，强强联手出海的深度合作！
JGBR墨西哥新工厂是集团布局北美市场的重要生产基地之一，旨在建立全尺寸段的钢球、滚子、陶瓷球的制造工序，服务于新能源乘用车和燃油商用车，通用工业及精密机床等行业。将引进自动化，数字化的先进设备及智能管理生产系统。目标大力发展北美本地供应链，项目一期服务于墨西哥本地市场。二期拓展服务美国、加拿大及拉丁美洲地区！
墨西哥新工厂目前正在基建当中，圆锥及圆柱滚子生产线配套设备均由无锡机床股份公司开发研制。双方将从轴承应用，滚动体制造工艺与节拍，以及力星集团在墨西哥本地运营设备的日常运维等全方位展开合作。合作双方约定今年下半年完成滚子设备交付，助力力星墨西哥项目一期2025年滚子生产投入运营。
近年来，力星集团与无锡机床股份公司，就小型圆锥滚子，中型对数曲线圆锥（圆柱）滚子，中大型风电圆锥（圆柱）滚子无心磨机床等，从单一的滚子外径无心磨床，到成线滚子磨削技术磨床，合作正在逐步加深。随着此次墨西哥项目的深度合作，必将在中国高精密轴承滚动体滚子制造领域，共同开创出崭新的中国制造新局面！
