近日，浙江省经济和信息化厅公布了2024年浙江省级绿色低碳工厂名单，常山皮尔轴承有限公司（以下简称“皮尔轴承”）入选。
“绿色工厂”是按照“用地集约化、原料无害化、生产洁净化、废物资源化、能源低碳化”原则分类创建的新型工厂模式。作为绿色制造体系的重要组成部分，“绿色工厂”是促进工业各行业结构优化、脱困升级、提质增效的重要途径。
皮尔轴承是一家专业研发生产圆锥滚子轴承的制造企业，其产品广泛应用于汽车、农业机械和通用机械等众多领域。2023年企业营业收入增长11.10%，资产总额增长38.58%。
近年来，皮尔轴承秉持“智能”“清洁”的发展战略，持续加大对厂区低碳运营的投入，并大幅提升智能制造等级，切实推动工厂的零碳进程。企业以使用清洁能源为前提，采用先进的生产工艺和设备，提高了能源利用率，有效降低了物耗和能耗，从源头上减少了污染物的产生和排放。
皮尔轴承不仅致力于推动低碳化能源变革，在产品生产过程中对清洗剂回收再利用，积极开展绿色低碳工厂创建工作，并将“碳中和”列入公司未来发展计划中，持续关注着生产安全和生态环境的可持续发展。
