       在中国铁路总公司组织下，瓦轴集团与国内4家机车制造企业等成立了大功率机车轴箱轴承关键技术研究联盟。目前，公司已完成机车4种规格轴箱轴承样品试制，即将进入试验阶段。

       大功率机车已成为中国铁路运输的主力机车车型，但作为机车运行的关键部件轴承采用的均是国外知名公司产品。对大功率机车轴箱轴承开展国产化研发，突破其关键技术，实现自主化生产及应用，具有重大的社会效益和经济效益。瓦轴集团以此为突破口，通过开展轴承基础理论、润滑技术、设计、材料、试验及信息标准等方面研究，完成了大功率机车轴箱轴承的试制。
