    10月29日，中国Z大、Z重、精度Z高剖分式特大型转盘轴承在洛轴下线，通过船级社认证。该产品的顺利下线，打破了由其保持了近四年的国内此类剖分式特大型转盘轴承的历史纪录，巩固了洛轴加工此类产品国内领先地位。

  该产品是为海洋工程配套，直径12.37米，重达90吨。为了确保该产品的顺利加工，洛轴研发团队在产品加工中，结合用户的实际使用工况要求，产品超大、剖分、重量重等特点，提前对加工中可能出现的状况，创新加工方法，在特大尺寸轴承零件加工、拼装、精度保证等方面取得了技术突破，不仅解决了加工难题，确保了零件的加工质量，实现了产品组装后精度达到0.3毫米的技术要求，而且确保了产品一次组装成功，顺利通过船级社现场认证。

  该产品的顺利下线，突破了制约行业发展的技术瓶颈，形成了洛轴独有的研发制造技术，继续巩固了洛轴加工此类产品在国内的领先地位。
