  经过近半年的筹备，洛龙区轴承滚子协会成立大会于2017年11月3日上午隆重召开。全区40家轴承滚子生产企业负责人参加会议，洛阳市轴承行业协会负责人、洛龙区委统战部、洛龙区工商联、洛龙区工信委主要负责人参加会议。

　　会议首先选举了洛龙区轴承滚子协会届领导班子，洛阳市广胜轴承有限公司总经理叶会卿当选为会长，张俊峰、董延超当选为副会长，李晓辉当选为秘书长(兼)。

　　第二项由全区各轴承企业负责人现场填写了轴承产业调查表，个别企业负责人现场提出了目前轴承滚子产业存在的突出问题和合理化建议。洛龙区委统战部、洛龙区工商联、洛阳市轴承行业协会分别对洛龙区轴承滚子协会成立表示祝贺，并提出了殷切希望。洛阳市轴承行业协会叶军，副理事长马伟教授也对洛龙区的轴承滚子行业发展提出了明确的指导意见，并现场解答一些企业负责人的问题。

　　Z后，洛龙区工信委主任付永红同志对洛龙区轴承产业做出了全面总结和下一步发展目标的打算，并提出了下一步区委、区政府重点支持洛龙轴承滚子产业的发展计划。全体与会人员表示，将以这次滚子协会成立为契机，充分利用区委、区政府的优惠政策，各个会员企业之间要相互学习，相互帮扶，共同提高，共同协作发展。把我区轴承滚子产业做大、做强。
