      美国机械制造技术协会(AMT)上海技术服务中心9日正式入驻上海自贸试验区外高桥机床中心，标志着外高桥保税区服务“中国制造2025”和打造智能设备服务产业园的目标更进一步。
外高桥机床中心是外高桥集团股份打造的外高桥保税区专业贸易服务平台之一，也是上海自贸区保税区域致力打造高端智能制造设备的贸易便利化和专业化服务平台。自2009年建立以来，外高桥机床中心规模不断扩展，并成功吸引了来自十多个国家和地区的140余家跨国机床企业入驻。

      上海自贸区成立后，外高桥机床中心的服务能级得到进一步提升，从2013年起，进口机床及工具的贸易额以10%左右的比例逐年递增，2016年实现进口贸易额35亿美元，2017年上半年进口贸易额达20亿美元左右。

      AMT始创于1902年，目前已成为机床及机械制造行业的重要服务机构和行业代言人。2004年，AMT入驻外高桥保税区，并首次导入“服务中心”理念。经过十多年的发展，AMT为中国引进了150余家美国知名的制造业企业，其中80%企业已从AMT上海技术服务中心“孵化”成功，向实体投资建厂转型，在中国成立了合资、独资企业。

      此次AMT上海技术服务中心迁入新落成的外高桥机床中心，完成了2.0版的升级，将展示美国工业网络化的实体单元，带来更多的先进加工理念和技术，对外高桥保税区建设智能制造服务产业园将起到积极的推动作用。

      据介绍，随着上海自贸区建设的不断推进，上海自贸区管委会和保税区管理局将进一步对标Z高标准、Z好水平，以建设开放度Z高的自由贸易园区为目标，紧紧围绕国家战略，着力打造服务国家“一带一路”建设和推动市场主体走出去的桥头堡，力争将外高桥机床中心建设成为具有水准的进口机床展示、贸易、金融服务与技术服务为一体的多元化产业基地，更好地服务“中国制造2025”。
