  文传电讯社莫斯科11月20日讯，欧亚经济委员会通过决议，延长对中国产轴承实施反倾销措施期限至2018年9月27日，并授权海关部门依照2013年9月17日确定的费率征税。该措施上一次延长是在2013年9月，施行期限截至2018年1月20日。其中，无锡市滚动轴承有限公司继续适用31.3％海关价格的反倾销税率，中国其他轴承制造商适用于海关价格41.5%的反倾销税率。此次反倾销措施不再包括台湾、香港和澳门地区。

 

       欧亚经济委员会表示，重新调查结果表明，在采取反倾销措施情况下，中国供应商倾销情况依然存在，2007年至2011年期间，来自第三国轴承加权平均价格是中国出口商价格的2.5-5.7倍，而2012年上半年，第三国轴承平均价格是中国轴承价格的3.7倍。同时，如果取消这一措施，中国出口商将获得价格优势，进而大幅提高出口潜能，并以倾销价格供货，继续对欧亚经济联盟国家生产商造成经济损害。针对中国产（包括台湾、香港和澳门地区）滚动轴承的反倾销措施Z初由俄罗斯在2007年12月做出，期限为5年。
