       土耳其风能协会(TUREB)负责人向阿纳多卢通讯社透露，今年土耳其的风电投资总额计划达到50亿美元。

　　根据TUREB会长Mustafa Serdar Ataseven的说法，2017年土耳其有望部署7兆瓦风电容量。几次拍卖活动刺激了风电行业的投资，其中包括可再生能源资源领域的1吉瓦风电招标。截至目前，土耳其已完成了大约3吉瓦风电项目的招标，并计划在年底前完成剩余容量招标。

　　Ataseven表示，12月25日起的五天时间内将启动2.1吉瓦项目的预许可证招标。招标要求项目在三到四年内完成。

　　土耳其的目标是到2023年发电容量达100吉瓦，其中20吉瓦来自风力发电。然而，风电领域目前仅有11吉瓦的项目。可再生能源总局估计全国的风电潜力为48吉瓦。

　　在今年夏季举行的Z新风电拍卖会上，土耳其向包括西门子-歌美飒可再生能源公司、土耳其的Kalyon和Turkerler在内的一个联盟授予了一个1吉瓦的项目，中标价为3.48美元/千瓦时。
