   近日，由中国五矿中国二十二冶集团精密锻造公司组织编写的JB/T 13274-2017《阀门阀体多向精密模锻件 工艺编制原则》和JB/T 13275-2017《阀门阀体多向精密模锻件 通用技术条件》正式获准发布，实施日期为2018年4月1日。

 

  该标准属于我国自主研发制定的标准，没有对应的或国外标准，解决了我国阀门行业阀体多向模锻工艺技术标准缺失的问题，其技术水平处于国内先进。在2012年国家“高档数控机床与基础制造装备”科技重大专项中，将“大型多向模锻制造共性技术研究”列为课题进行研究，这两项标准便是在此课题研究的基础上形成的，是该课题的重要研究成果。此次两项标准的研究、制定以及发布实施将有力提高国内高端阀门阀体锻件的配套设计和生产能力，进一步推动阀门阀体多向模锻件高端产品生产和发展的稳定性、规范性，为国内阀门阀体多向模锻件产业的发展夯实基础，也将对我国锻造行业实现节能、节材、降耗起到积极的推动作用。
