    近日，中国农机工业协会零部件分会组织行业专家和企业高管共计三十余人赴德国参观2017德国汉诺威农机展并走访了德国和意大利的农机企业。

  11月13日，考察团首先走访了位于德国哈斯文科的克拉斯(CLAAS)总部，参观了其Z新的LEXION系列产品，考察了其谷物联合收割机、青饲收割机组装生产线及涂装车间。

  11月14-15日，考察团成员参观了由德国农业协会(DLG)主办的2017德国汉诺威农机展，观摩先进农机产品、了解前沿农机技术、把握未来农机发展方向。德国汉诺威农机展是全球Z具影响力的农机展览盛会，共吸引了来自全球53个国家的2800多家企业参展，其中60%的展商来自德国以外的国家和地区，参观人数超过40万人次，总展览面积达到40万平方米，展品涵盖拖拉机和运输、整地、播种、收获、植保、特种作物、仓储、零部件、数字化辅助系统、农资、林业、知识共享、贸易与服务等产品与技术。

  11月17日，考察团成员走访了位于意大利杰西的凯斯纽荷兰拖拉机制造工厂，纽荷兰亚太区总经理邓蓝山先生接待了代表团一行。

  此次考察活动是以开拓视野、对接为目的举办的。代表们不仅参观了全球的农机展会，还考察了世界一流的农机制造企业。展会现场展示的都是Z新的产品和Z前沿的技术，一流的设计、精细的制造、齐全的功能，体现出不止是单一产品的先进性，而是系统化全套解决方案的理念，同时，又兼顾了环境友好和可持续发展。企业考察让代表们深入参观工厂内部，切身感受跨国农机企业产品背后的生产情况，柔性生产、信息化管理、企业文化、员工关怀等等，都是企业屹立不倒和产品经久畅销的保证，这些方法和理念都是值得我们学习和借鉴的。
