    12月19日上午，昆山高端数控机床产业链项目落户迎江区秦潭湖装备制造科技园签约仪式成功举行。签约仪式由区委常委、临港经济开发区管委会主任陶小也主持，区长章洪海，区委常委、常务副区长杨旭东，副区长刘文祥及相关部门负责人出席签约仪式。

 

       签约仪式上，章洪海对8家企业寄予很高的期望。他表示：昆山高端数控机床产业链项目8家企业集中签约落户，这是迎江区高端产业项目引入、产业链模式招商、产业基金助推发展的新突破，为决胜迎江产业转型升级攻坚战打下良好基础。
 
  会议指出，昆山高端数控机床产业链项目的落户开创了迎江区工业产业发展的“三个一”，即个高端装备制造项目，个产业链招商项目，个采取产业引导基金招商引资的项目。该项目的签约落户对于迎江区创新招商模式、增近企业合作以及提高园区的产业层次、产业格局都具有十分重要的意义。

       会议要求，滨江城建公司要加快秦潭湖装备制造科技园工程建设进度，确保按期交付投入使用;同时要靠前服务，随时了解企业需求，全力以赴为企业排忧解难;临港经济开发区和各相关部门要营造好良好的投资环境，加大入园企业的扶持、服务力度;八家企业要统一思想、抱团发展，在迎江开好头、布好局，打好群狼战术。
 
  章洪海对落户企业提出三点希望：一是希望企业能够以机床产业链投资项目为起点，进一步发展在迎江的事业，尽快把产业做大做强;二是希望企业能够使用好、发挥好专项产业引导基金的作用，撬动迎江区产业升级;三是更加希望通过机床产业链项目落地，能够吸引更多高端数控机床产业链相关企业来迎江区投资，真正发挥高端数控机床产业集群效应，助力迎江工业经济快速发展。
