       近日，公司与沈阳机床签订《战略合作协议》。根据协议，此次合作主要围绕沈阳机床转型升级及经营模式转变，旨在充分发挥i5先进技术优势，共同探索在互联网、物联网、大数据技术平台支撑下的设备租赁业务。通过经营性租赁、融资租赁、设备余值联合处置等业务模式，实现优势互补、达到共赢。

       此协议项下整体合作规模人民币50亿元，合作期限3年，如过程中额度使用完毕，可随时增加合作额度。此协议的签署有利于落实金融支持实体经济的政策，充分发挥公司的金融优势和沈阳机床的产业优势，为国家倡导的智能装备产业和新型工业化道路做出贡献。此外，此协议有利于公司在高端装备领域开拓新的业务增长点，培育未来业绩增长的蓝海领域。
