    1月25日，山东省设备管理工作会议在泰安召开，会上授予中国重汽济南卡车股份有限公司“2017年度山东省设备管理优秀单位”荣誉称号，卡车公司设备动能部经理张永军荣膺首届“山东省设备管理经理人”荣誉，这是卡车公司第八次获得“山东省设备管理优秀单位”称号。

  卡车公司设备管理团队积极探索、创新设备运维管理机制，基于量化风险的设备检维修机制日趋成熟，在2017年连续高强度的生产过程中，基于量化风险管理的设备检维修机制的有效性得到了验证，经受住了考验，保障了公司生产经营的安定。设备故障停机率稳定在0.01%，设备能力满足率达到99.6５%。近年来，公司不断进行管理和技术创新，进一步提高设备管理的整体策划和过程控制水平，将FMEA、SPC等工具引入到设备管理和设备运维工作中，提高了设备管理团队发现问题、分析问题和解决问题的能力，设备非计划停机对公司制造过程的干扰程度不断收敛并趋近稳定，设备管理对公司制造过程的支撑作用不断提升。
