    2月5日从鞍钢集团有限公司官网获悉，不久前，由鞍钢生产的200余吨铁路车辆用钢经比亚迪公司检验合格，正陆续制造成结构件用于云轨制作。这意味着鞍钢中厚板新产品获得用户肯定，在成功开辟一个全新市场的同时，助力我国轨道交通行业打造“新名片”。

　　据了解，比亚迪云轨又称云中轨道，是我国自主研发的新一代无人驾驶系统的跨座式单轨。这项被称为具有“未来技术”的单轨电力交通，每小时可单向运送乘客1至3万人，Z高时速每小时80公里，是典型的中小运量轨道交通，可有效解决中小城市的交通拥堵问题，被称为“治堵神器”。

　　鞍钢与比亚迪在汽车行业有着十多年的战略合作伙伴关系，合作品种涵盖冷轧、酸洗、热轧等所有汽车钢品种。2017年，在双方的合力推动和产销研团队的相互配合下，决定拓宽合作面，由卷板向中厚板行业进军，共同实验研发云轨用钢。

　　此次鞍钢供货的钢板主要应用于云轨底盘结构件，为了保证使用效果，前期双方全面提高了技术要求，按照国外标准签订技术协议。由于钢板合金元素含量多，抗拉强度和延伸率较难控制。对此，鞍钢在生产过程中针对薄规格产品，不断调整加热温度，提升开轧温度，减少轧制道次，降低温度变化对钢板性能的影响;同时，为保证厚规格产品的抗拉强度，制定了特定的控冷工艺，保证了钢板性能富余量。目前，首批订单已全部发至用户手中，产品质量得到用户认可。
