    2017年，制造业投资193616亿元，增长4.8%，增速比上年同期提高0.6个百分点。制造业投资占全部投资的比重为30.7%，比上年同期降低0.8个百分点。制造业投资结构不断优化，高技术投资、技改投资增长较快，分别达到17%和16%；高耗能行业投资低速增长，石化、冶金、建材等分别增长-2.3%、0.1%和1.6%，较2016年下降了1.3、0.8和0.5个百分点。
       
    下一步，将继续深入学习贯彻习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想和党的十九大精神，切实推进制造业转型升级。积极培育新动能，大力实施生物产业倍增计划，组织实施“互联网+”、人工智能创新发展工程。加快发展先进制造业，重点支持轨道交通装备、高端船舶和海洋工程装备、智能机器人、智能汽车等9大领域。加速制造业与信息化融合，开展工业云服务平台建设及示范应用，推动重点行业智能化示范工厂建设。支持传统产业技术改造，实施高端装备提升、关键新材料发展等重点工程。
