    当前，我国经济已由高速增长阶段转向高质量发展阶段，产品、产业、产能都已从“有没有”转向“好不好”。记者1日从中船重工集团获悉，该集团近日发布高质量发展战略纲要，以加快建设船舶行业以军为本、军民融合、技术领先、产融一体的创新型全球领军企业。

       中船重工董事长、党组书记胡问鸣表示，当前战略格局发生深刻变化，形势更加复杂严峻，中国特色社会主义进入新时代，中国社会经济发展利益急需有相应的安全保障。我国海上方向面临的安全威胁呈上升趋势，建设海洋强国，海洋装备必须先行，建设世界一流军队、一流海军，中船重工必须以构建中国特色海上现代作战体系为牵引，加快为海军实现走向深蓝远海的战略转型提供高质量武器装备。
