    3月6日，河南科技大学与中国轴承工业协会战略合作框架协议签约仪式在河南洛阳举行，双方将充分发挥各自的人才、科研、技术、产业和行业品牌优势，在人才培训、联合科技攻关、课题申报与研究等方面开展合作。

       河南科技大学校长孔留安、副校长李全安，中国轴承工业协会常务副理事长兼秘书长周宇等出席签约仪式。
 

  孔留安说，在历代河科大人的共同努力下，经过60多年的积淀和建设发展，河南科技大学取得了一系列标志性成果，实现了事业的新发展、核心竞争力的新提升。希望双方以此次战略合作协议签订为契机，充分发挥特色优势，整合资源，改革创新，开展全方位交流与合作，相互促进、共同发展，早日在学科建设、科学研究和成果转化上取得突破性成果。
 

  周宇亦表示，他们将认真落实双方关于人才培养、科研项目申报、实习基地建设、技术交流与合作等框架协议内容，通过双方的共同努力，培养出更多高级专业技术人才，推进轴承行业在基础理论研究、前沿技术以及原创技术研究方面取得更多成果。
 

  河南科技大学副校长李全安介绍了战略合作框架协议的产生背景和主要内容，并代表学校与周宇副理事长签订战略合作框架协议。
 

  根据协议，河南科技大学和中国机械工业协会将充分发挥各自的人才、科研、技术、产业和行业品牌优势，在人才培训、联合科技攻关、课题申报与研究等方面开展合作。
