    法国总统府9日发布新闻公报说，法国总统马克龙当天与美国总统特朗普通电话，就美国将对进口钢铁和铝产品征收高关税表示“强烈担忧”。

　　马克龙说，这对于遵守全球贸易规则的美国盟友国家来说，“有挑起贸易战的风险”，“所有相关国家都将沦为输家”。

　　马克龙表示，欧盟将以“清晰和对称的”方式回应任何不符合全球贸易规则的措施。

　　特朗普8日宣布，美国将对进口钢铁产品征收25%的关税，对进口铝产品征收10%的关税。关税措施将在15天后正式生效。正在和美国重谈《北美自由贸易协定》的加拿大和墨西哥将暂时获得豁免。同时，其他经济体也可申请豁免，具体谈判由美国贸易代表负责。

　　美国的这一Z新贸易保护措施已在美国国内以及社会遭到广泛反对。
