       温岭市委书记徐仁标在调研泵与电机产业发展情况时强调，产业革命是今年温岭市的主要工作任务，广大泵企要有打造“千亿产业、百亿企业”的雄心壮志，政府部门要精准扶持，帮助解决企业发展中存在的突出问题。泵与电机是温岭市大支柱产业，温岭市已成为国内小型水泵、气泵(微型空压机)、真空泵的主要生产和出口基地，其中小型水泵在国内市场占有率达60%。目前泵与电机行业共有企业2750多家，行业总产值近400亿元。全市规模以上泵与电机企业204家，去年实现规上产值204亿元，同比增长26.5%，占全市规模工业总产值的26.4%。以现代产业集群的标准来衡量，我市泵与电机已进入“准现代产业集群”阶段。自泵与电机块状经济打造现代产业集群列为全省试点以来，我市不断加大工作力度，采取一系列积极措施，有力推动了泵与电机产业的转型升级。

　　徐仁标实地调研了新界泵业、东音泵业，并召集泵业龙头企业负责人围绕泵与电机产业如何优化升级、做大做强开展了座谈交流。徐仁标指出，产业改造提升、优化升级已是我市发展的出路，政府、企业一定要有清醒的认识，痛下决心，打好产业革命这场硬仗。泵与电机产业优化升级要成为温岭产业革命的龙头，广大泵企要有打造“千亿产业、百亿企业”的雄心壮志，着力开拓、国内两个市场，努力提升产品质量，走向高端。政府部门要围绕产业革命，精准扶持，帮助企业解决突出问题，要优化产业布局，拓展发展空间；要补全产业链，加强配套能力，扩展领域；要通过亩产绩效评估，扶大扶强，培育龙头企业；要突出解决人才、用地等企业发展中存在的共性问题。
