    从中国中铁股份有限公司获悉，我国首台使用国产主轴承的再制造盾构机30日圆满完成合肥轨道交通三号线掘进任务，标志着我国盾构机再制造水平和盾构机主轴承自主研制取得重大突破，对推动盾构机核心部件的国产化具有重大意义。

 

    该盾构设备是中铁隧道局为适应合肥地质专门组织再制造的土压平衡盾构机，不仅恢复原机性能，优化系统，而且首次研发使用了国产主轴承。新制主轴承由中铁隧道局牵头研制，直径2.6米，能满足直径6至7米盾构机连续工作1.5万小时以上，标志着我国已经掌握了盾构机核心技术，打破了少数国外公司的技术垄断。

 

    中铁隧道局有关负责人表示，再制造产业是一种绿色清洁的新兴产业，盾构机作为一种短使用周期、高价值成本设备，当前国内保有量已超过1500台。随着其“老龄化”不断加剧，大量盾构机面临性能下降严重、使用成本不断增加甚至报废的问题，对其实施再制造，具有显著的社会效益和经济效益。

 

    中铁隧道局是国内拥有盾构机数量Z多、种类Z全、使用较早的施工企业，是行业内一家被工信部列入盾构机再制造试点的施工企业。
