   4月20日，中国农业银行信用管理部副总经理王刚率农行省、市的领导到访人本集团滨海园区，集团董事长张童生、财务部总经理王永清等热情接待。双方就深化银企合作等事宜展开友好会谈。

 

    客人一行先参观了轴承自动化生间车间。当看到数十米长的生产线，却只有一两名员工操作的场景，王刚很是赞赏的说：“人本轴承的自动化程度真高，了不起。”张童生介绍说：“生产线采用智能控制，内圈、外圈零件从毛坯到成品，轴承所需的数十道工序全部自动化完成，一条生产线，只需要两名员工。”一条自动化生产线上，产生一个球轴承大约耗时30分钟，要知道，这在以前，原来一道工序就得一名工人，从毛坯到成品耗时起码3个钟头。生产时间大大缩短、人工大大减少，轴承自动化生产线使得产品在品质上也得到了保证。“生产线实现的是在线品质检测，也就是说，会自动剔除不符合标准的轴承。”

 

    在张童生的陪同下，客人们还参观了轴承自动装配线及产品展示厅，随后双方在会议室进行了会谈。客人们听取了集团在生产运行、企业管理、化运作方面的情况介绍，对集团的发展理念和先进技术表示赞许。

 

    王刚说，人本集团作为中国轴承的排头兵企业，发展潜力巨大，张童生董事长具有长远的眼光以及强烈的忧患意识，展现了做强做大企业的勇气和决心，未来前景深得金融领域同行认可。农行愿从多方面为企业发展做好服务，为企业提供良好的发展环境，实现共赢发展。
