轴承的检验与修配

 

   1）轴承座孔的检查与修正曲轴轴承在使用中的损坏，主要是磨损、疲劳剥落和烧熔。在发动机大修时，必须更换新轴承。在修配轴承前，应首先检查轴承座孔是否符合要求，轴承座孔的圆度、圆柱度误差不大于0.015mm。检查和修正的方法是：擦净轴承座，装上轴承盖，按规定扭力拧紧固定螺栓或螺母，用量缸表检查座孔的圆度、圆柱度超过规定时，可在轴承盖两端堆焊加工或加垫调整，不允许锉修轴承盖。

   检查轴承的磨损方法如图所示，将轴颈和轴承的机油清洗干净，将塑料线间隙规切成与轴承宽度相同的长度，然后放在曲柄销上，使其与轴中心线平行，小心地装上轴承盖，将螺母按规定扭矩拧紧，再将轴承盖小心地拆下，用塑料线间隙规包装袋上印有的量尺，测量被压扁的塑料线Z宽部位的宽度，得出间隙值。超过极限值时应更换新的轴承。

   2）轴承的选配目前，汽油发动机曲轴轴承常用的轴承合金有巴氏合金和高锡铝合金，合金层厚度0.30～0.35mm，轴承的规格除标准尺寸外，还有按内径缩小0.25mm为一级的修理尺寸与曲轴轴颈相对应，以便修理时选用。
