         宝塔实业(000595)5月20日晚间公告，近日，公司拟与长春克瑞得汽车零部件制造有限公司(以下简称“克瑞得”)共同签署《合作框架协议》。双方利用各自优势，推动重载汽车长寿命高可靠性轴承、轮毂轴承单元总成开发等汽车零部件业务的合作，深入发掘在重载汽车及轿车零部件行业的市场潜力，打造高附加值、高技术含量的汽车零部件产品。

 

   公司表示，本框架协议的签署有利于公司在2017年已开发的重载卡车业务配套部件供应的基础上，进一步完善对汽车行业尤其重载卡车方面的产业链整合和布局，并为公司开拓市场优质客户奠定基础，增强公司的盈利性。
