        6月11日～13日，瓦轴股份公司副总经理、工业装备轴承事业部副总经理王继元率产销研团队深入宝武集团新疆八一钢铁有限公司（以下简称新疆八钢），与该公司分管设备和采购的总经理助理刘文壮等相关领导进行了现场技术交流和商务交流，进一步夯实了双方的战略合作伙伴关系。

 

        钢铁轴承全面国产化，瓦轴和新疆八钢正在共同推进！

 

        在新疆八钢，瓦轴产销研团队详细了解了其钢铁生产线设备及运行情况，进行了瓦轴钢铁行业系列配套轴承的技术推介。经过现场技术交流和商务交流，双方确定了推进瓦轴ZWZ品牌轴承在新疆八钢进行全面国产化替代，并继续扩大瓦轴轴承在新疆八钢的市场和产品占有率。瓦轴预采用“应用工程+商务”模式，为新疆八钢提供深度技术和商务服务，降低其轴承采购成本，共同解决设备改造和轴承装配使用中出现的技术问题。

 

        新疆八钢始建于1951年，2007年成为宝钢集团控股的子公司，目前是新疆技术装备水平高、整体实力强的钢铁企业，年产钢千万吨级。其钢铁产品齐全，已覆盖棒材、线材、型材、中厚板、热轧薄板、冷轧板、镀锌板、彩色涂层板以及金属制品等品种，规格达到2000多个。瓦轴已先后为新疆八钢冷轧1420线工作辊轴承、热轧1750线全线辊系轴承、小H型钢立辊和水平辊全系轴承、连铸机全系轴承、中厚板3500线全线辊系轴承等进行了国产化配套。

 

       集团公司副总工程师王劲松、西北销售公司总经理张国忠、精密传动轴承公司总经理李国文、特大型精密轴承分公司总经理高平、二成品分厂厂长王世林等参加了技术推介和交流。
