     日前，工业和信息化部对2018年智能制造综合标准化与新模式应用方向申报的项目进行了评审并公示，瓦轴集团《新一代先进轨道交通轴承智能制造新模式》项目位列其中。该项目的实施，必将全面提升瓦轴集团智能制造和企业管理总体水平。

 

    《新一代先进轨道交通轴承智能制造新模式》项目重点通过以1条轴承合装及检测智能化生产线为主线，以轴承滚动体尺寸分级及缺陷分类检测线、轴承套圈机加及检测生产线、轴承套圈精锻生产线为3条辅助线，以轴承制造数字化产品研发平台、生产管理平台、质量管理分析平台为3个智能化管控平台，实现贯穿设备层、单元层、车间层、工厂层等不同层面的纵向集成，以及跨资源要素、互联互通、融合共享等不同级别的横向集成，推动高端装备基础零部件离散制造领域的技术进步。

 

     在轨道交通轴承领域，瓦轴集团建立了铁路货车、客车、机车及城轨交通轴承研发制造基地，全系研发轨道交通轴承，成为国内可全面配套货客机车轴承产品的企业，先后承担中国铁路六次大提速配套轴承研发，被中国铁路总公司确定为标准动车组轴承自主研发制造核心成员单位。公司拥有铁路重载货车轴承自主核心技术，轨道交通项目发明专利4项，累计为中国轨道交通配套600余万套轴承，在线运行130万套，先后研制上海地铁1号线、长春轻轨、大连地铁1-2号线、大连金普线城际轻轨列车配套轴承并批量应用。

 

     作为辽宁省智能制造试点示范标杆企业，瓦轴集团稳步推进智能制造技术应用，在先进轨道交通轴承自动化检测、数字化工艺、信息化质量控制等方面进行建设，目前已取得显著成果。
