       由公司工程技术人员设计的“非对称组合式密封结构满装圆柱滚子轴承”，用于工程机械领域重型履带或轮式车辆的车轮悬挂系统，该轴承具备了高静载、耐腐蚀等特性，完全满足了车辆各种极恶劣气候下全天候工作及适应各种极端地形路况的要求，已批量为客户配套，上机使用效果良好。今年3月份，该项目获得了国家知识产权局发明专利授权。
 

　  上半年，瓦轴集团共有11项专利获得授权，其中7项发明专利。其余发明专利分别为：锥孔式轴承密封圈承压测试装置、应用双金属管料制造复合轴承的方法、超大型推力球轴承、关节轴承摆动寿命试验机、双列圆锥滚子轴承外圈滚道直径自动检测机、CC型保持架兜孔高度测量装置。此外，获得实用新型专利授权的项目分别为：一种轮毂轴承端面密封结构、一种数控立式磨床定位支点改进结构、一种超大型推力球分体轴承装卡和在线检测装置、一种轧机轴承端面油槽等分器。

 

　   近年来，瓦轴集团实施高端化和专业化战略，加速创新平台建设，专利申请量快速增长。特别是今年，公司加大专利申请量，上半年申请了“轴承加工温度补偿仪”等6项专利，以增强产品专利的保护力度，全面提升瓦轴的技术竞争力。
