       8月15日，新昌县委副书记、县长李宁在调研轴承产业创新服务综合体建设工作时强调，思想上要高度重视，紧紧围绕创新驱动战略，树立工作信心，开拓工作思路，创新工作方法，确保产业创新服务综合体建设取得实效。副县长胡玲萍参加调研。

 

       调研中，李宁一行先后来到国家中小型轴承产品质量监督检验中心、科创服务中心，实地踏看轴承产业创新服务综合体建设推进情况。据介绍，目前平台空间布局、创新要素集聚、人才团队引进等相关工作正在抓紧推进，已取得初步进展。李宁察看现场后，要求有关部门和单位继续各司其职、各尽其责，加快推动轴承产业创新服务综合体建设。

 

       随后，李宁主持召开专题会议，详细听取县科技局关于轴承产业创新服务综合体建设规划情况，并与相关部门和陀曼智造、浙江工业大学新昌研究院相关负责人座谈，协商落实下阶段的工作任务。李宁指出，开展产业创新服务综合体建设，是增强科技创新有效供给，提高科技公共服务能力的重要载体，上级有要求，现实有需要。新昌作为科技创新工作的“名牌县”更要高度重视，坚持紧盯机遇，树立信心，发挥优势，不遗余力抓好落实。

 

       李宁强调，务必聚焦重点开拓思路，加快推进产业创新服务综合体建设各项工作。要立足国家中小型轴承产品质量监督检验中心、科创服务中心等现有平台开展统筹规划，有效形成共同推进工作的合力。要开拓思路创新方法，有效深化运行体制机制改革，确保既增强政府服务作用，也提高平台发展活力。同时，也要注重向周边兄弟县市学习，积极借鉴吸收优秀的工作经验，从而推动我县的产业创新服务综合体建设工作取得更好的成效。
