　　为激发员工对岗位技术的学习热情，选拔高新区轴承行业优秀技能人才，为高新区技能队伍建设提供人才保障，根据年初工作安排，近日，洛阳高新区2018年轴承磨工技能比赛在洛阳德润精密机床轴承有限公司磨工车间拉开帷幕。

　　此次技能比赛由高新区工会统一组织，来自区内精密机床轴承企业的40余名选手参加了外径、内径、外沟、内沟4个工序的比赛。竞赛采取现场实操形式，以得分高低决出优胜者。外沟、内沟、内径工序是在既定时间（60分钟）内，完成机床调整，加工出合格产品数量多的为优胜者；外径工序是把一定数量的模胚加工为合格产品，用时Z短、质量Z佳的为优胜者，如遇分数相同者，进一步比较产品的质量，精度高、散差小的胜出。比赛设仲裁组人员3名，全程跟踪考评。经过1天的激烈比拼，龚祥获内径组一等奖、姚立端获內沟组一等奖、谭文超获外沟组一等奖 ，德润精密机床轴承有限公司的吕新会班组获外径组一等奖。

　　区工会办事处副主任司敏在比赛现场指出，组织开展职工技能竞赛是提高职工素质、促进区域经济发展的重要途径，也是高新区工会围绕中心、服务大局的一项重要工作。此次轴承磨工技能竞赛不仅为选手们提供了展现风采、提高技能的舞台，也为我区轴承企业之间搭起了相互切磋、相互学习、共同提高的平台。
