　　10月25日，洛阳市科技局组织有关专家对洛阳LYC轴承有限公司和河南科技大学共同承担的“高速精密混合陶瓷滚子轴承研制”项目进行验收。

　　验收过程中，验收组听取了项目实施情况汇报，经过质询和讨论，验收专家一致认为，该项目开发了磁流变超声波复合抛光氮化硅陶瓷滚子的工艺方法，提高了氮化硅陶瓷滚子的加工效率，实现了陶瓷滚子表面无裂纹、无破坏层，提高了陶瓷滚子的加工质量，研制的陶瓷滚子轴承精度达到P5级。研制了陶瓷滚子轴承试验机，完成了轴承性能试验，同意通过市级验收。

 

　　据了解，该项目形成年产500套轴承的生产能力，获得授权发明专利2件，授权实用新型专利2件，发表学术论文2篇，培养研究生6人。
