　　2018年10月23日，2018年度中国机械工业科学技术奖评审工作顺利结束，经过各专业评审组初评和评审委员会终评，共评出建议奖励项目416项，其中，特等奖5项、一等奖47项、二等奖137项、三等奖227项。其中轴承行业获得一等奖1项，二等奖7项，三等奖10项。

　　人本集团参与完成的《高精低磨轴承的设计制造与评价关键技术及产业化》项目喜获一等奖，这也是轴承行业的一等奖，共同参与本项目的还有河南科技大学、台州科锦轴承有限公司、浙江陀曼精密机械有限公司、中国航发哈尔滨轴承有限公司。

　　中国机械工业科学技术奖是由中国机械工业联合会和中国机械工程学会共同设立并经国家科学技术部批准，在国家科技奖励主管部门登记的面向全国机械行业的综合性科技奖项。该奖是目前国内在机械行业中惟一由国家批准的奖项，且有机会申报国家科学技术奖。

　　人本集团参与完成的《高精低磨轴承的设计制造与评价关键技术及产业化》项目，研发了低摩轴承的高精制造工艺及装备，发明的关节轴承游隙调控技术与装置提高了游隙的一致性；研发的关键轴承成型技术提高了摩擦副接触率；研发的热处理新工艺细化了组织，提高了耐磨性能；该项目提出了高精低摩轴承的性能评价方法，发明了复合摆动式关节轴承性能试验设备，确定了关节轴承寿命失效准则，提出了轴承摩擦副寿命的评价方法；研发了更接近实际工况的高效率汽车轮毂轴承寿命试验机，实现来适应性更广的轴承寿命评价。据悉，该成果已在相关领域应用3年，经济和社会效益显著，推广应用前景广阔。
