　　11月2日，洛轴首套高精度斜齿转盘轴承在转盘轴承事业部下线，并通过用户现场验收。该产品的下线，巩固了洛轴此类产品研发行业领先地位。

　　该产品是为国家某重点项目配套，由于受工况要求限制，为确保此类项目顺利研发，用户指定该产品由洛轴加工。由于是次加工此类高精度产品，为确保产品达到用户使用要求，承担加工任务的转盘轴承事业部在技术中心的技术支持下，针对产品尺寸超大、壁薄加工易变形、外齿精度要求高等加工难点，结合前期加工经验，提前策划工艺路线和加工方案。特别是在斜齿加工方面，为确保达到用户技术要求，该事业部在质量控制上，量身设计加工方案，并现场指导生产，确保产品的顺利加工。

　　在当天的现场验收中，经用户代表现场检测，该产品精度达到P5级，端面跳动技术要求为0.14毫米，实际检测仅为0.02毫米。高品质的产品质量得到用户代表高度评价。
