　　2018年10月27日，浙江省轴承工业协会第六届二次理事会如期召开，会议期间，各轴承企业单位领导莅临广德中隆公司参观学习。慈兴集团副总裁韩春伟带领大家参观了热处理车间、平外车间以及各成品车间，并就目前公司的产品、技术、销售等方面进行了实地讲解，一行人员对慈兴集团的“自动化+信息化”智能生产车间给予高度赞扬。

　　随后，一行人在会议室进行了轴承企业经验交流。会上，韩总详细介绍了慈兴集团的发展历程、经营情况及下一阶段规划。从三十多年前的18名员工的作坊式村办企业发展到如今拥有5000余人的现代化跨国集团，近年来，慈兴集团正高速发展，成为行业领跑者。集团设备管控中心总监张斌阐述了企业设备自主创新、结构调整和转型升级等方面的经验，提出“机器人+”智能制造和个性化定制生产趋势的思想。

　　在讨论期间，大家分别介绍了各自企业的发展情况，交流了企业经营过程中面临的问题及取得的经验。就当前经济形势和企业发展，浙江省轴承工业协会理事长指出，浙江的轴承企业要不断增强创新能力，以创新求发展，通过加大科技投入，提升产品质量与层次，加快发展先进制造业，实现行业发展的新突破。
