　　邢钢炼钢厂《提高轴承钢连浇浇次连浇炉数》六西格玛项目自3月份立项以来，项目组成员共同努力，团结协作，实现了轴承钢连浇浇次连浇炉数的历史性突破，由改善前的平均7.13炉达到控制阶段的12炉以上，圆满完成项目目标。

　　项目组成员针对轴承钢连浇炉数低的问题通过采用宏观流程图、变量流程图、C&E矩阵、FMEA等工具确定出主要因子13个，并实施即时改善项目5个；在分析过程中，项目组成员灵活运用DOE、多元逻辑回归、箱线图、过程能力分析、列联表、柱状图等统计工具并结合理论分析确定了造成连浇炉数低的主要因素；优化了塞棒水口选型，并通过DOE试验确定出合适的精炼渣组份，进一步提高了轴承钢连浇炉数计划。

　　在项目实施过程中，项目组对轴承钢全氧含量、夹杂物、表面质量等进行了大量的取样分析跟踪，保证项目所定措施不会对产品质量造成不良影响。

　　项目组在控制阶段对精炼渣CaO、SiO2、FeO含量，中包水口烘烤温度、轴承钢连浇浇次连浇炉数等控制对象进行了监控，数据表明精炼渣CaO含量和SiO2含量控制在预期范围内且波动变小，精炼渣FeO含量降低，中包水口烘烤温度升高，轴承钢连浇浇次连浇炉数基本能控制在12炉以上。

　　通过项目开展，取得了可观的经济效益，项目产生直接经济效益110.16万元；将中包水口烘烤优化、使用吹氩塞棒和水口、轴承钢渣系控制要求等项目成果推广至轴承钢涮槽炉次，取得收益45.59万元。

　　提高轴承钢连浇炉数项目还对订单及时交付、降低生产成本、减少生产准备时间提高产量以及减轻岗位人员劳动负担起到积极作用。
