　　日前，作为世界轴承行业巨头的美国TIMKEN公司，将“特别贡献奖”奖杯颁发给临西县鑫泰轴承锻造有限公司，这是对过去一年该企业作为美国TIMKEN供应商的卓越表现的高度认可。

　　鑫泰轴承锻造有限公司创建于一九九六年，是一家专业从事轴承锻件、其它类汽车锻件、轴承车削件、热处理及磨加工件生产的企业。以前，该企业产品市场竞争力小，全部在国内销售。

　　随着近年来，临西县深入贯彻习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想，积极践行新发展理念，围绕高质量发展要求，大力实施了增品种、提品质、创品牌“三品工程”，并出台实施了“零占地技改”“科技创新奖励十条”等相关优惠政策，积极引导扶持企业加快转型升级、创新发展，加快迈入中高端产业链所带来的发展机遇，该企业积极实施了技改工程，与沈阳机床集团进行了工业化、信息化深度融合，打造了以I5智能机床为核心的轴承行业高端智能制造示范应用基地，并与中国轴承工业协会、中国锻造工业协会、洛阳轴承研究所和河南科技大学建立了产学研战略合作关系，成功研发了“单打双辗扩工艺”和“双探头测温系统”，有效提高了产品的精度和组织的致密度。此外，鑫泰还引进了3条日本高速镦锻线、200余台（套）轴承专用锻造设备、2条盐浴淬火炉生产线及100余台i5智能机床系统，开发了NC程序，通过各工序的智能控制，提高了产品质量和竞争力。

　　目前，鑫泰生产的精密数控机床、重型卡车专用轴承铸件，因精密度高、寿命长，95%销往美国TIMKEN，日本NSK、NTN，西班牙Fersa，瑞典SKF等全球顶尖轴承厂家，并成为美国TIMKEN、瑞典SKF在华北地区Z大的供应商。
