　　日前，国家人力资源和社会保障部、全国博士后管委会联合发布《关于批准安徽皖维集团有限责任公司等399个单位设立博士后科研工作站的通知》，瓦轴集团被批准设立博士后科研工作站，开展博士后工作。

　　博士后科研工作站是指在企业、科研生产型事业单位和特殊的区域性机构内，经批准可以招收和培养博士后研究人员的组织，是产学研相结合、为企业引进和培养高水平人才、提高企业的技术创新能力、推动科技成果转化的有效载体。
