　　近日，西林钢铁集团有限公司物流公司铁运车间维护段组织人员，对在用的熔融金属重点转移设备铁水车进行轴承探伤检测，为铁水转移安全提供有力保障。

　　由于铁水车的特殊性质，车轴在作业及走行过程中容易受到外力的冲击，而导致内部出现细微裂纹，在行车过程中可能会发生脆断、折损，造成铁水罐车脱轨、倾翻、爆炸等恶性事故发生。为确保安全，达到风险隐患提早预防的目的，物流公司请专业技术人员配合，利用多通道数字式超声波探伤仪，对车轴进行技术探伤检验，通过检测提前确定损伤部位、程度，并根据实际情况组织安排下线更换，对潜在的安全隐患及时处理，达到规避风险的目的。

　　物流公司现有在运用铁水车35辆，由于铁水车的特殊运用性质，在不影响生产的同时对其进行探伤维护，需陆续分批次替换入库进行检测，每批次可替换2至3辆，每天进行3个批次，由于任务量比较大，给铁运车间维护段的工人们带来了作业难度。工段所有的管理人员及员工，每天加班加点配合技术人员进行探伤检测工作，保证检测完毕的铁水车可以马上投入使用，满足生产需求。
