　　3月21日，长盛轴承（300718.SZ）公布，公司（乙方）与三一集团有限公司（以下简称：“三一集团”，甲方）于2019年3月20日签订了《战略合作协议》，开展高层次、多维度、多领域的合作，推动产业升级，实现互惠、互利，共赢发展。

　　三一集团是一家总部设于中国湖南长沙的跨国集团，公司创建于1989年，是中国Z大、全球第五的工程机械制造商，同时也是世界Z大的混凝土机械制造商。三一集团业务全面涉及混凝土机械、挖掘机械、起重机械、路面机械、煤炭机械、港口机械、海洋工程等装备制造领域，旗下拥有三一重工（600031）、三一两家上市公司，同时拥有三一港机、三一海洋重工、三一重能等未上市资产。通过三一重工，三一集团还全资控股“全球混凝土机械品牌”德国普茨迈斯特，持股“全球随车起重机械巨头”奥地利帕尔菲格。

　　甲方将乙方列为集团华东区底盘轮体衬套、工作装置自润滑铜基、钢基、粉末烧结类、双金属基、三层复合材料、非金属类的各种轴套、滑板、垫片等产品的优选供方，在同等条件下乙方可优先承接甲方的以上各类产品的业务。

　　本次签署《战略合作协议》，将充分发挥双方的人才、资源和技术优势，通过优势互补，开展高层次、多维度、多领域的深度合作，将助力公司产业链的价值延伸，推动公司产业结构的优化升级，增强公司的竞争力，有利于公司未来的经营发展。（来源：网络）
