　　近日，惠农公安分局经侦大队成功侦破两起销售假冒注册商标的商品案件，这是今年以来该局破获的首起侵犯知识产权案件，抓获犯罪嫌疑人2名，涉案价值达50余万元。

　　今年4月，惠农公安分局经侦大队接到报警：惠农区两家轴承专卖店涉嫌冒用上海“斯凯孚（SKF）”轴承品牌商标并对外进行销售。接到报警后，分局经侦大队对此案高度重视，抽调精干警力，全力开展案件侦破工作，经过民警一个多月实地走访、全力攻坚，在基本掌握两家商铺法人的犯罪事实后，于5月14日联合惠农区市场监督管理局稽查局同步开展抓捕取证工作，现场抓获犯罪嫌疑人2人，查获冒用上海“斯凯孚（SKF）”品牌商标轴承500余套。讯问期间，2名犯罪嫌疑人对其犯罪事实均供认不讳。如实供述了从2015年开始，二人从网上低价购买假冒上海“斯凯孚（SKF）”品牌轴承冒充正品进行销售，4年来从中获利40余万元。

　　目前，两名犯罪嫌疑人已送往石嘴山市看守所羁押，案件正在进一步侦办中。
