福建龙溪轴承（集团）股份有限公司是省上市企业。近年来在实体经济增速放缓的背景下，龙溪轴承保持着年均18.78%的增长率。是什么原因让一家实体制造业企业长期保持良好的发展势头？
福建龙溪轴承（集团）股份有限公司董事长曾凡沛有自己的看法：
1、在62年的发展过程中，我们始终坚守主业，坚持在制造业里面发展制造业的特点，技术也好、市场也好、我们的管理也好、高技术工人队伍也好都需要传承和积淀。
2、就是要坚持创新发展、创新驱动。我们这些年，特别近五年，我们投入的研发费用都在6千万以上，占我们营业收入的比例，基本上达到8%到10%，Z高年份超过10%。
3、在技术创新的同时，我们在管理创新、市场创新、机制创新方面，也做了一系列工作。尽管在大的宏观经济背景下、增速放缓的情况下，基本上营业收入的复合增长率达到18.78%，整个盈利能力在逐步提升。
