　　中国经济网北京8月12日讯　长盛轴承（300718.SZ）今日晚间公告称，公司董事会会议审议通过，经公司总经理陆晓林提名，董事会全体董事一致同意聘任褚晨剑担任公司副总经理，任期自2019年第二次临时股东大会审议通过《关于修改公司章程的议案》之日起至第三届董事会任期届满之日止。
