11月29日，浙江省工业转型升级领导小组经省政府同意，公布批“雄鹰行动”培育企业名单，人本集团等68家企业列入榜单。
今年初，浙江省政府出台《关于实施“雄鹰行动”培育具有全球竞争力一流企业的通知》，聚焦聚力高质量竞争力现代化，计划通过全面实施“雄鹰行动”，培育具有全球竞争力的一流企业。按照这一方案，未来三年，浙江将以绿色石化、汽车制造、数字经济、高端装备、医药化工和时尚消费等六大领域为重点，按照主导产品或服务的境外收入占比不低20%、自主品牌出口不低于10%为条件，在制造业、生产性服务业企业中，100家左右企业，作为批企业纳入雄鹰行动企业培育库。
总体目标是，到2022年，制造业和生产性服务业年营业收入超千亿元的企业力争达到20家，进入世界500强的企业6家。培育一批资源配置能力强、市场占有率高、具有核心竞争力的企业，一批创新能力强、跻身世界前列的企业，一批抢占发展先机、在全球同行业中具有引领作用的新经济企业。
多年来，人本集团对标先进水平，突破核心技术，优化产业结构，强化品牌建设，布局化，增强全球资源配置能力，已成长为中国轴承行业的排头兵和世界十大轴承企业。此次顺利入选批“雄鹰行动”培育企业名单，将给企业再次注入强大的发展动力。
据悉，培育名单发布后，省级有关部门和市、县（市、区）政府签订企业培育计划书，明确目标、责任和任务。实施“一企一策”，在资金补助、项目用地、财政奖励、环境容量、能耗指标、人才引进等方面予以支持，并开展精准服务，强化跟踪评价，推动企业加快迈向世界一流的水平。
