今年，受疫情影响，独山县百泉镇轴承产业园内的16家轴承企业都将复工时间推迟到了3月份，1至2月份堆积的订单，让各企业在复工之后火力全开，加足马力生产。

园区内产品种类Z多、配套Z全、产量Z大的轴承生产企业——元诚实业有限公司的生产车间内，一条条生产线高速运行，整齐码放的轴承产品等待发货，现场一派井然有序的场景。

元诚企业生产负责人林伟介绍，疫情期间，公司的外贸订单量下降，但国内订单有所增加，因此总量和去年差不多，没有什么影响。由于堆积的订单较多，已经排到5月中下旬，为了能如期交货，公司所有生产线都满负荷生产，200余名工人们全部复工并积极加班，与时间赛跑。复产初期，由于物流原因，部分地区的原料供应不上，开始生产时，Z大的问题就是原料不够，有的省份原料运不进来，供应不足，影响产量。

企业复工复产有困难，百泉镇立即行动起来，不但安排专人收集整理企业生产难题，还根据实际进行专业指导、协调和帮助，畅通联络渠道，帮助企业解决困难。在多方寻找之下，百泉镇联系到了能够正常发货运输的供货商，解决了原料缺少这一难题，让企业恢复正常生产。

目前，该企业原料运输已恢复，车间里满负荷生产，销售渠道畅通，月产各类小型、微型轴承2000至2300百万套，产品广泛应用于家装、儿童玩具、窗帘等行业。下步，该公司将增加生产线，扩招工人，提高产量，早日完成订单，为企业扩产夯实基础。

据了解，自复工复产以来，百泉镇认真部署、迅速行动，安排专人走访企业，了解复工复产存在的困难，并积极协调各部门分类解决，同时，还为每家企业免费发放口罩、消毒液、体温计等防疫用品，解决各企业防控物资缺少的后顾之忧，让企业安心、放心生产。
