“博盟精工”位于马山街道三江路，是一家厂房不到1万平方米的轴承企业，看似不起眼，却是生产缝制设备轴承的“隐形冠军”，目前，该企业计划增产扩能，新厂房即将在6月份投产。

3月31日，浙江博盟精工轴承有限公司的生产车间里，14条生产线正在满负荷生产，公司的订单已经排到了年底。

面对产品供不应求，老厂房空间不够的问题，“博盟精工”对新厂房的需求很迫切，建设单位也正在全力赶工期。目前，新厂区一期建设已经完成内外墙粉刷。5月份，即将搬入400余台新设备。6月份，将启动年产1.5亿件低噪声高精密轴承、导轨及自动化装置的新项目，投产后，预计年增销售额10亿元。为确保新项目顺滑衔接，员工培训有条不紊进行中。

几年前，看到标准轴承的竞争日益激烈、利润微薄，“博盟精工”开始减少标准轴承业务，转而主攻尚无企业涉足的非标轴承定制业务，走上了差异化发展的道路，抢抓到了细分行业的制高点。“博盟精工”目前是全省轴承非标定制示范工厂，也是全国Z大的纺机轴承生产企业，具备产品定价权。随着企业的做大做强，接下来，厂区二期、三期建设也会跟上，总占地将达60亩，是老厂区的6倍。

未来伴随新厂房的建成，企业整体自动化程度将显著提高，同时依托引进的环保设备，一个智能化、花园式工厂的雏形初显。

据了解，除了“博盟精工”以外，马山街道今年将落实20个重点产业项目。其中，顺丰产业园、冠明电力新材、益壤环保等项目将在二季度落地，越剑机电、中民筑友等项目将在6月份投产，顶新食品、华剑装备、贝盈科技等项目将在三季度动工。至2025年，越城区将培育百家制造业标杆企业，其中包括20家“隐形冠军”企业。

浙江博盟精工轴承有限公司，注册资本6000万元，是一家集轴承研发、生产、销售、进出口贸易为一体的高新技术企业。公司配套设施齐全，职工总人数200余人，年产高精度低噪音轴承达5000万套以上。产值2亿元。BOM轴承广泛应用于机械传动领域。

公司拥有经验丰富的研发团队，独立的技术研发中心，生产工艺先进，各类产品严格按照ISO9000和IATF16949质量管理体系组织生产。陆续开发新产品200多项，先后获得90多项国家专利。

坚持走“以市场为导向，精益求精”的品牌战略路线，组建了强大的营销团队，设立以长三角、珠三角为中心区域辐射全国的销售网络。先后在全国20余省设立营销部门，目前客户群体已遍布日本、欧美等地。

2018年开始，公司大力推动“1.5亿套高精密轴承、导轨及自动化装置”项目，计划项目用地41440平方米，新建厂房总面积75839平方米，将重点突出智能制造、“以机换人”和物联网+特色，在未来建设并投入使用的集品牌运营、研发、试验、自动化生产、产品展示、培训交流和智能仓储等为一体的花园式工厂。全部建成投产后，将形成产值1.5亿套以上高精密轴承、导轨及自动化装置的产能，预计实现销售收入120000万元，税收8584万元。
