为全面深入贯彻落实党中央、国务院和河北省委、省政府关于复工复产的指示，在邢台市委、市政府的指导下，河北省临西县在复工复产工作当中，重点突出有序，推进轴承市场保供稳价。

“新冠肺炎疫情当前，对我们复工复产提出了更高要求。在现代化工业当中，石油是工业的血液，电子信息是工业的神经，钢铁是工业的骨骼。连结这些骨骼，完成神经反射的就是轴承。临西县作为轴承大县，轴承产业的复工复产对多个产业影响巨大，所以我们在复工复产工作当中，复工力求全面，复产力求有序，市场活力力求稳定持久。”临西县委书记王海军做了整体介绍。

推动复工复产讲步骤

在河北诚为轴承制造有限公司的生产车间，机声轰鸣，工人们操作着数控机床，正赶制一份订单。车间主任王德林说，他们正在生产的轴承套圈，计划出口美国铁姆肯、日本恩梯恩、德国舍弗勒、瑞典斯凯孚等十几个国家和地区。每一台机床一天的生产量，第二天比前一天多生产的量都是有计划的；今天有200工人上岗，第二天有哪些工人上岗，也是有计划的。原来经常为工人请假和倒班发愁，现在大家都讲风格讲奉献，现在反而比任何时候都踏实，就希望能够尽快把自己生产的产品送到用户手中。

确保轴承市场价格稳定

临西县复工复产轴承企业达到462家，入统规上轴承企业复工率达到100%，部分企业产能已全部恢复。

我国中南部的多个轴承企业，由于疫情防控，技术工人没能及时到岗，生产得不到保障，产能减少。而在北方的临西轴承企业，因为当地党委和政府的提前谋划，保障本地技术工人就近就业、就近上岗，满足了轴承市场的巨大需求，确保了轴承产品在市场当中价格稳定，间接推进多个产业产品的价格稳定。

推动“远程订单”常态化

在疫情期间，临西县推进疫情防控和招商项目“双线作战”，确保项目“双进双产”。在招商引资方面，临西县开展“网上谈、线上推、视频签”招商活动。2020年2月19日，总投资2.5亿元的扬州瓦轴1500万套高端杆端轴承、慈溪力驰800万套高端外球面轴承项目成功进行网上签约。临西县针对项目招引选进，由该县的县领导带队进行每周督查、每旬调度，多渠道帮助解决项目用地、资金等瓶颈问题，全力推动项目快建设、早竣工、早投产。同时，严格“标准地”要求，加快签约项目落地推进。

临西县是知名的中国轴承之乡，全县共有轴承生产销售及配套企业486家，其中规上企业28家，县内经营门店2200多家，从业人员6.1万人；拥有各类生产检测设备6.96万台（套），可年产0-9类3000多个型号的产品7.52亿套；58家企业拥有自主出口权，产品销往东南亚、非洲、欧美等90多个国家和地区。
