5月6日至9日，上海奥世管理体系认证有限公司对洛阳巨创轴承科技有限公司IATF16949质量管理体系进行了再认证审核。审核老师依据过程方法，通过翻阅资料、现场查看、人员沟通等方式对巨创轴承的质量管理体系进行了全面审核，针对公司目前体系运行中存在的问题提出了合理的改进建议。

新的IATF16949：2016汽车行业质量管理体系标准发布后，巨创轴承在侯丽袅总工程师带领下，扎实推进各项贯标工作，各部门对照新标准进行了多方位思考和探讨，应用APQP、SPC、FMEA和MSA等核心工具对产品的制造过程进行策划和监视，采用过程方法确定各过程管理人并制定了过程绩效指标，对质量管理体系进行了有效管理和持续改进。

巨创轴承领导高度重视本次质量管理体系外审工作，审核前，对各过程和体系进行了全面的内部审核并组织了管理评审，为迎接此次再认证做了充分的准备。Z终公司顺利通过2020年IATF16949：2016质量管理体系再认证。

通过IATF16949认证审核不是终点，而是公司扬帆远航的起点！
