5月30日，孺子牛轴承在行政楼多功能会议室开展有害物质管控（HSF）培训课。管理层及员工代表参加了此次培训，总经理开篇以亲身案例启发员工，使员工对HSF重要性的认知拉高到极限，理解HSF更贴近实际工作，主讲培训师将环境相关法规和公司有害物质管控程序相结合的方式，使参加此次培训的学员更好的将所学内容运用到平时实际工作中。

随着欧盟RoHS2.0以及REACH的推出，各国针对产品中有害物质的法律法规相继出炉。作为电子行业配套轴承的制造商，我们需要了解各国管控法令，对原材料、辅料、制造过程、成品进行严格管控，确保所有产品符合有害物质管控要求，Z终实现遵守法令、保护地球环境以及减轻对生态系统的影响等目的。

本次培训有害物质管控（HSF）正是为加强各部门员工全面了解相关欧盟环保法规要求，深入理解对供应链管控的风险识别和手法。培训老师利用法规讲解和管理工具相结合的方式，让培训的内容更立体，学员积极参与讨论，现场纷纷发表真知灼见，使得培训效果更为凸显。
