多年来，山西焦煤集团各子分公司所使用的进口轴承通用性强、使用量大，但采购过程涉及授权代理不规范、采购价格不统一、品种型号繁多、货期难以保证，且各家自行采购的情况。为进一步加大归口管理，规范采购渠道，保证采购质量，合理降低采购成本，山焦国发组织召开首次进口轴承公供应商入围及价格审定会，山西焦煤集团所属西山、晋兴、汾西、霍州和华晋等各使用单位的供应负责人共同参加。

在此之前，山焦国发对各使用单位所需轴承的采购进行了市场调研和数据分析整理，此次入围招标，一是对报名厂家的一级代理资质、税务信用A等级做出了明确规定，做到了严格把控资格审查的道门槛；二是通过整合焦煤各使用单位轴承采购量，提高集中采购力度、发挥集中采购优势，借助“焦煤易购”平台，增强对轴承供应商的议价能力，Z终规范了进口轴承采购渠道，降低了采购成本，平均降幅达8%，且保证了产品交货期。

此次对进口轴承采购的集中统一是山焦国发针对焦煤集团所属单位通用机电产品集中采购的又一次探索和突破，取得了较好的成果，获得了各单位的高度认可和好评，意义重大。近期，山焦国发将对进口轴承的价格及相关信息汇编成册，供集团公司及各使用单位参考。

今后，山焦国发将继续本着“降成本、保供应、优服务”的目标，积极改革创新，进一步做好焦煤集团进口机电产品集中采购工作。
