哥德堡，2020年6月17日：斯凯孚正在追加投资以加强在华球轴承制造业务布局。这一举措符合集团的“区域资源服务区域市场”制造战略。

斯凯孚集团于2019年6月宣布在新昌投资3.7亿瑞典克朗建设新工厂。随着新昌工厂投入使用，斯凯孚将追加4亿瑞典克朗投资对其进行扩建。

亚洲区工业销售总裁唐裕荣表示：“过去两年，得益于我们的工程能力和对新昌工厂的一期投资，我们在中国这一全球Z大的深沟球轴承市场取得了巨大成功。新一轮投资将使我们能够为更广泛的应用场合提供更多的产品，更好地服务客户。”

轴承业务总裁Kent Viitanen表示：“这项投资是我们加强区域制造业务布局战略雄心的一部分。在我们成功完成对新昌工厂的初步投资后，扩建工厂是增强我们在华球轴承制造能力的下一步举措。”

新昌工厂二期预计于2021年年底投入使用。
